About Mark
Mark C. Adams, MD, founded Acro Health Inc. in 2022 and serves as its Founder, CEO and President on the Board of Directors. Based in San Antonio, he leads the organization's preventive-health education, nonprofit governance, and community programming, including the annual hypertension conference.
Mark is a physician-trained surgical first assistant. He has provided surgical first assist support with CHRISTUS Santa Rosa Health System at its Alamo Heights, Westover Hills, and New Braunfels locations, across open, laparoscopic, and robotic-assisted procedures.
He brings that clinical perspective to Acro Health's mission: helping our community understand, prevent, and detect health conditions early. Mark speaks English and Spanish.
